Languages: English, Spanish
Ms. Petrillo Fisher is an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania (2021) and New Jersey (2023). She earned her law degree from Temple Beasley School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and completed Temple’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program. During law school, she won the Stephen T. Saltz Memorial Scholarship writing competition through the Temple American Inn of Court. The faculty at Temple Law awarded her the Lena Hale Memorial Scholarship for her work in Federal Torts Claim Act cases, representing migrant children separated from their families at the US-Mexico Border under the Trump Administration.
Prior to joining Petrillo and Goldberg as an attorney, she was a staff attorney at HIAS Pennsylvania representing minors in immigration proceedings seeking U.S. permanent residency, and as an associate in KPMG Philadelphia’s International Tax Department performing complex tax analyses for corporate clients. Before law school, Brittany was a paralegal for Petrillo and Goldberg where she worked directly with clients and attorneys managing motor vehicle and premises liability matters. She taught English as a second language in Spain through a teaching grant awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
Brittany’s academic, career, and life experiences before rejoining Petrillo and Goldberg as a licensed attorney demonstrate her deep desire to advocate for the “underdog” and overcome legal barriers for clients to achieve fairness and justice in their individual cases. She is an effective advocate in and out of the courtroom, and she understands how a single accident can present multiple health and legal challenges.
