Robert Goldberg, Esquire

With a strong litigation background and client-focused approach, Robert is dedicated to helping injured individuals recover compensation and navigate the legal process with confidence.

Robert Goldberg, Esquire, is an associate in the personal injury department at Petrillo & Goldberg Law, serving clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and personal injury litigation, while also bringing experience in landlord-tenant matters, small claims, complex business litigation, and criminal law.

Prior to joining Petrillo & Goldberg Law, Robert served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Harrington, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Burlington County. During law school, he gained valuable legal experience working with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and several respected law firms, strengthening his foundation in litigation and trial preparation.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and served on the Executive Board of the student chapter of the New Jersey Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
