Ana Zayas joined the firm on December 19, 2019, bringing with her a strong background in both legal support and healthcare administration. As a Legal Secretary, she handles dictation, client appointments, and Spanish translation services for the firm.
Before joining the firm, Ana worked in emergency room and medical office settings as a Front Desk Senior and Office Manager, where she supervised staff and managed patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, billing, coding, referrals, and pre-certifications. She also translated for physicians and patients when needed.
Her diverse background allows her to support clients with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
